In order to create a better production and operation environment, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance quality management capabilities, the company has organized a special 6S inspection activity. The behavior of not placing according to regulations, not clearly labeling, not organizing and cleaning in a timely manner found during the inspection has been investigated and rectified, and relevant departments and responsible persons have been required to rectify it immediately. Through special inspections, we have discovered details that were not paid attention to in daily work, good habits that were not developed, and a lack of cost awareness. Based on the inspection results, we will develop corrective and preventive measures to continue the company's 6S construction and maintain the construction achievements.
